PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days
after payment confirmation. Orders placed on
weekends or public holidays will be processed
the next business day.

Dubai: 2 to 3 business days
Abu Dhabi: 2 to 4 business days
Sharjah: 2 to 3 business days
Ajman: 2 to 4 business days
Ras Al Khaimah: 3 to 5 business days
Fujairah: 3 to 5 business days

CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on delivery is available across all
UAE emirates. Please have the exact amount
ready upon delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped you will receive
a tracking number via WhatsApp or email
to track your delivery.
FAILED DELIVERY
If delivery fails due to incorrect address
or unavailability a second attempt will be made.
After two failed attempts the order will be
returned and reshipping fees may apply.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or is lost
in transit please contact us within 24 hours
with photos and we will resolve it immediately.
