Question 1: Where do you deliver in the UAE?
Answer: We deliver to all seven emirates including
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah,
Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery takes 2 to 4
business days depending on your location.
Question 2: Is cash on delivery available?
Answer: Yes we offer cash on delivery across all
UAE emirates. Simply select cash on delivery at
checkout and pay when your order arrives at your door.
Question 3: How much is shipping?
Answer: Shipping is completely free on all orders
over AED 150. A standard shipping fee of AED 20
applies to orders below AED 150.
Question 4: Can I return a product?
Answer: Yes we offer a 7 day return policy from
the date of delivery. Items must be unused and
in original packaging. Contact us on WhatsApp
before returning any item.
Question 5: How long does delivery take?
Answer: Dubai and Sharjah 2 to 3 business days,
Abu Dhabi 2 to 4 business days, other emirates
3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking
number once your order is shipped.
Question 6: How can I track my order?
Answer: Once your order is shipped we will send
you a tracking number via WhatsApp or email so
you can track your delivery in real time.
Question 7: What payment methods do you accept?
Answer: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay
and Cash on Delivery. All online payments are
processed through secure encrypted channels.
Question 8: What if I receive a damaged product?
Answer: If your order arrives damaged please
contact us within 24 hours of delivery with
photos on WhatsApp and we will send a replacement
or issue a full refund immediately.
